3. Let go of who you thought you had to be.That version of you who held it all together? She got you here.But she doesn’t have to carry it all anymore.

4. Speak up, even when your voice shakes.Your truth is your medicine. Start sharing it — in a journal, in a conversation, in a post. The more you express, the more you return to yourself.
